The Parish Inspiration Plan includes the following focus areas for the area of Finance:

• Restructure the type, format and frequency of financial information shared with the parish.
• Increase Sunday collections by identifying those currently attending, but under-giving; those belonging but not attending; and those new to the parish.
• Expand outreach programs to raise funds: seminars on estate planning, bequests and stewardship or explore opportunities to offer fee-based classes and events.
• Establish a community based fundraising collaboration team.
• Consider hiring a development director for the school
• Increase net revenue coming from the before and after school and summer programs.
• Create self-funded classroom analysis.
