The Parish Inspiration Plan includes the following focus areas for the area of Spiritual Life:

• Improve music at Liturgies.
• Establish Greeters at all Liturgies.
• Establish a formal practice of attendees greeting one another before mass begins.
• Implement a Liturgy of the Word for Children.
• Strategize Ways to encourage greater lay participation in the Mass.
• Develop a Sunday Evening Liturgy and hire a Music Director to lead that mass as a Contemporary Liturgy.
• Expand our focus of educating the whole child – related to character, peace building, leadership, faith and stewardship.
• Develop ways to reach out to those in need of “New Evangelization”
• Task Parish Pastoral Council with researching possible assistance for Fr. Neil through the hiring of a Pastoral Associate or Associate Priest or additional Deacons.
