This church has been serving the Jefferson Park–Portage Park area since 1931. Our parish mission states:

We are a diverse Catholic community of generations, experiencing the living God and reflecting our faith in action with one another.

Our organizations, ministries and outreach efforts address the spiritual needs, social interests and well-being of our community and provide many ways to get involved. Our school serves children from age 2 through 8th grade, providing an excellent education in a values-based environment.
